Sherbourne Medical Centre

It is the aim of the Sherbourne Medical Centre practice to offer a friendly and efficient service with high standards of healthcare meeting the specific needs of our practice population.

We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma, heart disease and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery and childhood immunisations.

Facilities are available to assist patients including, a hearing loop, reduced height reception desk and toilet facilities. We do not have a lift but arrangements are easily made to see your GP who would normally work on the first floor in one of the ground floor consulting rooms. Please tell us when you call.

Out of Hours GP Service (OOH) at Warwick Hospital

To access this service when the surgery is closed, please dial 0300 130 30 40

Weekdays Monday to Friday  6.30pm - 8.00am

Weekends Friday 6.30pm to Monday 8.00am

Bank Holidays 24hours
